Atelier Web

Website design

Website design for your business

You want a website that brings customers, not worries. This is how Atelier Web works: one contact person, copy and design from one hand, and a site that keeps working afterwards.

Atelier Web builds websites for independent businesses and small companies: bakeries, garages, B&Bs, installers, practices, shops and associations. Not an agency with ten intermediaries, but Louis Quinet, who comes to see your business and designs, writes and builds himself.

Every site starts from the same questions: who needs to find you, what should they be able to do, and how do we keep it simple for you? The answers decide the pages, the functions and the price.

What are you looking for?

Start from what you need

I don't have a website yet

Your business is up and running, but nobody finds it online: we start from scratch together.

  • Five to ten pages: your offer, your story and how customers reach you
  • Photos from your own business, no stock images
  • Google Business Profile created and aligned with the site
  • A professional email address on your own domain
  • A walkthrough to make small changes yourself
How we approach it

My website is outdated

It still works, but you'd rather not show it to anyone: time for a new version.

  • A new tailored design that fits your business
  • Old addresses redirected, so your Google positions stay
  • Copy rewritten or refreshed where needed
  • Fast and easy to read on phone and desktop

I want to sell or take bookings online

Orders, bookings or appointments that come in by themselves, even when you're closed.

  • Ordering with pickup or delivery
  • Online payment where it helps
  • Reservations, bookings or appointments on your own site
  • Temporary shops for seasons or holidays
  • Products and offer managed by you
How we approach it

People can't find me on Google

You have a website, but people looking for you end up with a competitor.

  • Keyword research before a single line is written
  • A page for each service and each area you work in
  • Google Business Profile and Search Console set up properly
  • Help collecting Google reviews
  • Clear answers that ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude can pick up

Also possible

Landing page

One strong page for a start-up, a specific service or a campaign. Quickly online, extendable to a full site.

  • One page with what matters
  • Contact or quote form
  • Ready to grow later

Maintenance of your existing site

Your site is already there, but updates and small changes keep piling up? We take it over and keep it safe, fast and up to date.

  • Updates, backups and security
  • Small changes on request
  • Hosting, domain name and email taken care of
How we approach it

Approach

How does a website project run?

  1. Proposal

You tell us briefly about your business and what you need. Then comes a quote with the structure of the site, the functions and what you supply yourself.

  2. Meeting

Louis visits your business. He gets a feel for the place, takes photos and goes through your customers, your offer, what you have online today and what you expect.

  3. Copy and photos

Louis writes the copy from that visit. Photos come from your business, with a photographer if needed.

  4. Design

A first design in the spirit of your business, with your own copy and photos in it, so you see straight away how it will look.

  5. Feedback

You react, we adjust. After two or three feedback rounds it is right down to the details.

  6. Launch and follow-up

The site is tested on phone and desktop and goes live, with Search Console and your Google Business Profile set up. After that we stay your contact for hosting, updates, changes and visibility.

From first design to launch takes four weeks on average.

Included

What is always included?

  • Tailored design, responsive on phone, tablet and desktop
  • Copy written in your words, reviewed by you
  • Structure and metadata for Google and AI assistants (question-and-answer blocks, structured data)
  • Contact or quote form with spam filter
  • Link with your Google Business Profile
  • Secure connection, backups and fast hosting configured
  • Google Search Console set up and a professional email address on your domain

Price

What determines the price of a website?

  • The number of pages and how much copy has to be written.
  • Functions: an ordering module, a booking calendar, an appointment form or a members area take more work than a contact form.
  • Languages: a second language means writing twice, not translating.
  • Imagery: do you have usable photos, or do we plan a photo session?
  • Starting point: a new site, or an existing site to migrate while keeping your Google positions.
  • After your request you receive a complete quote. Prices are deliberately not online: no two businesses need the same thing.

Follow-up

And after launch?

After launch, Atelier Web stays your point of contact. The yearly maintenance package covers hosting and the domain name, WordPress and plugin updates, backups, security, a professional email address and small changes during the year, such as new opening hours, photos or products.

Because everything changes fast, we also keep your site modern. It does not look dated after five or ten years, and you have one point of contact for anything to do with your website.

07Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to supply the copy?

No. Louis writes it from a conversation with you. You review and adjust. If you already have copy, we start from that.

What if I have no photos?

We start with what exists and plan a photo moment at your place, with your own phone or with a partner photographer. We do not use stock photos.

Will I lose my Google positions with a new site?

Not if the migration is done well: old addresses are redirected, titles and content remain findable, and your Google Business Profile points to the right pages. That is part of every redesign.

Can a shop be added later?

Yes. Many clients start with a website and add an ordering module or shop later. The base is prepared for it.

Do you work with businesses outside Brabant?

Yes, across Belgium. The first conversation then happens by video or during a visit.

Tell us about your business

Louis replies within 24 hours, with an honest proposal shaped to your business. No sales pitch, no obligation.
