Richard et Fils

Richard et Fils is Jean-Philippe Richard’s business in Beauraing, in the province of Namur. It combines two activities you rarely see together: heating installation for households and a wholesale business for other tradespeople.

Those two audiences search differently. A family with a broken boiler wants a phone number and the assurance someone will come quickly. A fellow installer wants to know what stock is available and how to order. The website had to serve both without one getting in the other’s way.

We built a site with a clear split between households and professionals, giving each the information that counts. We set up the Facebook page at the same time, so Jean-Philippe can share news and photos from jobs where his customers already are.

It didn’t stop there. An installer drives around all day and visits people’s homes, so we also designed stickers with the logo and contact details, keeping the business recognisable offline too. Website, social page and print: one coherent whole for a business that criss-crosses its region every day.
