Adelante Groepspraktijk

Adelante is Sonja Custers’s group practice in Bierbeek. We met through Bierbeekse Ondernemers, the network of self-employed people in the municipality where Atelier Web itself is based.

The practice already had a website. What Sonja wanted was support on many fronts at once: hosting, security, the spam filling up the inbox, design, newsletters. All things that eat into the time of someone whose job is looking after patients.

We started with a technical refresh. The forms were repaired and tested again, a captcha now blocks spam without getting in patients’ way, and the underlying technology was updated. For a medical practice that is no detail: a patient who sends a question and gets no answer either calls or gives up. The other requests followed one by one: hosting, security, email, design changes and newsletters.

Apart from the practice, Sonja has also written a book. It has its own website, kwetsbaarinbeeld.be, and Atelier Web helps her with that one too. What began as a refresh became a lasting working relationship. That is what her testimonial is about: not a grand design, but someone who helps quickly when something comes up.
