Libramont Exhibition & Congress is the events centre in Libramont-Chevigny, in the province of Luxembourg. It is the largest organisation in our portfolio, and a different kind of client from the self-employed people and small businesses we usually work for.
An events centre has two audiences. Organisers of trade fairs, congresses and corporate events want to know which spaces are available, how large they are and what is possible. Visitors to an event want an address, directions and the practical information for the day. Both groups have to find their way on the same site.
We built a full website that separates those two flows. Organisers get an overview of the spaces with the information that moves an enquiry forward. Visitors get the practical side, clearly laid out and quick to find on a phone on the way.
With an organisation of this size, other things come into play: more people involved in decisions, more content that must be right, tighter planning. Completing this project successfully shows our way of working scales to larger clients without losing the personal contact.
